Oh waffles, how I love thee, let me count the ways- this is an easy to use waffle maker. I use it for light duty so I cant attest to how well it would last under heavy duty, but it heats quickly and evenly, makes crisp waffles with soft centers, and the non-stick is great. No need to spray (DON'T SPRAY- IT WILL RUIN IT). I like the shape as well. It works great with buckwheat, sourdoiugh,, yeast, and simple batters as well

I’ve purchased a few of these for my business and they have proved to be reliable. Be careful cleaning the grid as scratches may create areas where the dough will stick. I’ve also taken them apart, for maintenance and is pretty easy to do yourself. Would reccommend as a entry level commercial unit.

broke after 6 months of use. left side no longer heats. even when it did work, was a pain to use. no way to remove the plates to clean.

Have ended buying 3 of these in the last 6 months. Before that I had one last for years. The last 2 the switches went out and then only one side would heat up to an extreme temp and the other side would remain cold this last one I just received several days ago and the wiring is funky. It is tripping my circuits like crazy. Had an electrician check the shop and all outlets and wiring. It is the machine . Quality has plummeted over the last year
