Carnival King WBM13DGT Non-Stick Belgian Waffle Maker with Digital Timer and Temperature Controls - 120V

I ordered 2 of these waffle makers at the same time, one of them is still working and it makes really good waffles, the other one stopped working after 3 uses. It was under warranty and I called and told the webstaurant store about it. They gave me so many excuses about how they would not honor the warranty and would not let me return it or send me another one. I still need another waffle maker for my store but I'm afraid to order another one from here.

We have purchased 6 of these over the last year. Everyone of them have had issues with the top left plate going out, they are lasting about 6 months, just long enough for the warranty to no longer be effective. If you purchase these, I recommend getting the extended warranty.

This waffle iron works well so far. However, it has never been non-stick. We've had to use spray oil on it from the beginning.

The waffle maker makes great waffles, however, one side burned out after 6 months. I have replaced it with a single maker. I would have returned it but my cook decided to try and fix it. Not a good idea.

We like these because they are a good cheap option for our cafe. While they don't last years and years, they do a great job making waffle for our guests and they are relatively easy to clean as long as you do it often! Don't be nervous about your purchase but understand that you get what you pay for!

This machine worked well for about a month then broke and was deemed defective. it made a thick crispy waffle when it worked not broken

Just got it in works great definitely took the 2.5 year warranty based on customers reviews. Hopefully not needed but you never know. Waffles are perfect.

Waffle irons work great; we only use them a few times a year, but when we do, they work without any issues. We use this iron for a live-action waffle station, and the guests enjoy seeing the product being produced. One thing to keep in mind with this waffle iron is that the timer must be manually set each time. We were used to one that was automatic, so this took some getting used to,o but other than that, it has been great!

This waffle maker works very good. We cooked waffles for a group of people and they came out perfect. This maker cooks much faster then my smaller waffle maker that I ordered off another site. Everone was very impressed. Also customer service was absolutely helpful with getting this unit to me in time for my event. Thank you!

Bought this back in 2020 but then had to close for a while so just started using it about 6 mo ago when we fully opened our kitchen and the top part is not heating up, therefore not working amore after only 6 mo! I see other reviews are averaging about the same time! I will never buy this brand again and unfortunately didn't even reach out to Webstraunt knowing it would be much help!

This waffle maker works great for a few months after that it starts to fail, many problems with overheat that brokes the cables. Now I have to buy another one and it costs more than the last time, very dissapointed

We all love the big, Belgian waffles and this allows you to make not one, but two very easily. The built in timer ensures they will not be overdone or forgotten about.

This is an excellent waffle maker. Every Belgian waffle batter I have tried (including yeast raised waffles) turns out perfect -- light, crispy on the exterior and with a delightfully chewy interior. The machine waits well between uses, keeping the proper temperature, and then delivers that perfect result. Did I mention that this is an excellent appliance? We offered waffles today for brunch with eggs Benedict and real homemade hollandaise. An immediate hit.

my machine also burnt out one side in less than a year china products don't last. i will purchase American made products from now on.

Our guests love this new product that we added to our breakfast menu! It is used every day and is not hard to make either.

My experience with the Carnival King Non- Stick Belgian Waffle Maker has been very positive. The waffles I have made are crispy o the outside and fluffy on the inside. The digital timer is an improvement from earlier models and I have not burned a waffle yet, knock on wood. I would highly recommend.

This is a legit machine that can make crisp exteriors with fluffy soft insides. The waffles come out cleanly but if you add melty items inside, you'll want to give it a good wipe. I wrapped a chopstick up in a small piece of damp paper towel and easily cleaned up in between the grooves. I'm extremely pleased with this waffle iron.
