It's one of those foods that everyone can take part in, no matter who or how old you are. And now, with the BakerStone pizza oven box, you can create those experiences right at home. The BakerStone pizza oven box allows you to bake gourmet quality pizzas in around 2-4 minutes. The patent pending design combines a cooking chamber make of pizza stone material with a housing that utilizes convective, conductive, and radiant heat to bake foods at about 600-800 degrees. And best of all, it's incredibly easy to use. It fits on just about any 3 burner or larger gas grill. There's no fuel, nothing to plug in. You turn on the burners to high and wait until the needle hits the right temperature. One of the things that I love the most about the BakerStone pizza oven box is that you don't have to be a gourmet chef to use it. You can use your favorite store bought dough, or make your own from scratch, and you'll still get the same Artisan quality and taste. And it's not only for baking pizzas. You can sear and roast steakhouse quality meats, roast vegetables, bake casseroles, desserts, and Artisan quality breads. You name it. Overall, it's fun. The food becomes the party. How to Assemble a BakerStone Pizza Box

How to Assemble a BakerStone Pizza Box

Today we're gonna show you how to unpack and assemble your BakerStone pizza oven box. We're gonna start by unpacking all the pieces, making sure that we have all the appropriate pieces there. Then when you get to your dust cover you are gonna make sure that you unpack that and keep that handy, we are gonna use the dust cover to protect your pizza oven box when you turn it over. You wanna make sure that you remove the label on the face of the grill before you turn your pizza oven box over onto the dust cover. Next, you're going to remove the stones from the box by carefully cutting open the box and then removing the stones and checking them for cracks. When you remove your first stone you're gonna wanna make sure that it is free of any crack or chips and look at all sides of it. Then you're gonna go to the two side stones and the back stone. Inspect all sides of it again, make sure that you have a full, complete stone with no cracks. With the back stone, do the same. And then finally your last side stone. Then we're gonna move on to the base stone. So with the base stone, flip it over, everything looks good. Now we are gonna move on to the stone supports. They are wrapped in cardboard, make sure you don't discard those. When you unwrap them you are gonna wanna make sure they are free of any bends or breaks or dents. Unwrap your second support stone, and set them to the side. You are gonna take your dust cover, make sure that you set that down logo side down. And then take your housing and flip that over and carefully place that on top of the dust cover. Now we are gonna remove the back panel by removing the 4 screws that are in the back panel. Now we are gonna take your top stone, noting the part that has the longer partition is towards the back, the shorter partition is towards the front. Carefully set that in place. Take your side stones, with the notch on the end facing towards the back, again notch on the end facing toward the back, and fit the tabs into the top stone. The back panel has two tabs that will fit into the notch along the side stones. Now with the base stone you're gonna make sure that you have the longer partition towards the front, leaving a vent in the back of it. Now you're gonna take the back panel and replace it, noting that the back stone may be lose against the back panel now. That's okay, that's normal. It won't fall out. Now you are gonna replace the 4 screws and secure the back panel to the housing. Next we're gonna place the stone support bars across the base stone. And you're gonna put the four screws in. Note that the 4 screws may be a bit tough to start. But with enough force they will continue. Then place the second stone support, place the 4 screws. When you've put 2 screws into the back stone support you're gonna wanna ensure that the 2 side stones are tight. Then continue to replace the other 2 screws. And, finally, you have your very own pizza oven box. You're ready to start cooking gourmet pizza in 2-4 minutes and anything else that you can bake in a home oven.

Bakerstone- Bake and Rotate

Bakerstone- Bake and Rotate

Now, we're going to show you how easy it is to use your Bakerstone pizza box. Simply place it on your grill, set your burners to high, and let it preheat for about 15 to 20 minutes. Once the needle reaches the flame icon, you're ready to bake pizza. Now, you're going to launch your pizza into the baking chamber, and then you're going to let it sit for at least a minute. Letting the pizza sit will let the pizza set up and make it easier to rotate your pizza. You rotate your pizza because it's hottest in the back of the oven. So, slide your tray under the pizza, lift and rotate it, and you're going to turn it a quarter to a third of a turn. And you're going to do this every 40 to 45 seconds, and that will ensure a nice, even brown around the outside. Now, be careful when you slide under your pizza not to hit the edge of the pizza, or you may fold it underneath. After about 2 to 4 minutes, you'll end up with a perfectly cooked pizza. Enjoy!

Customer questions about this product

How do I clean this pizza oven box?
To clean your pizza oven box, turn each burner to high and let the box sit for 15 minutes. This will allow any excess debris to burn off. Use the end of your spatula or metal pizza peel to scrape off any excess stuck-on food particles. Simply scrape and push particles to the back, vented area to burn off. If needed, wipe box down with a damp towel once the box is completely cool. Do not use soap or detergent or allow the box to soak.
How do I cook other items besides pizza in this oven pizza box?
Only pizza or bread dough should come in contact with the ceramic stones inside this oven box. Foods that contain fat, oil, or butter including olive oil coated vegetables, meats, or cookies, should never be placed directly on the stones. Instead, use a metal baking pan, sheet, or cast-iron skillet as a barrier between your food and the stones. This will prevent the stones from absorbing fats and oils, which could result in smoking, odors, staining, and unwanted flavors.
Can I use this oven pizza box inside?
Yes, this pizza oven can be used on a commercial 3-burner charboiler as long as it sits under a hood.
Does this unit require assembly?
Yes, this outdoor equipment requires assembly. For more information, please refer to the manufacturer's product literature.

oven heats pizzas stones Great heat little party eat design
  • Arrange by
Amazing little oven. Such a simple straightforward design that works very well. Oven heats up in about 10-15 minutes fitting with about 2 inches to spare on either side of my propane grill. The gap in the bottom of the rear stones creates a pretty stiff convective heat wave that cooked my pizzas in just under 60 seconds a piece with a cracked egg on top. PERFECT OVEN AT A GREAT PRICE
Great product. Of course you could always heat your oven up to 500 with a baker's stone, but what's the fun in that? This takes a little practice to get the pizza off the peel but it's well worth the effort since you can eat your mistakes. Love having a party where everyone makes their own -- this way I can enjoy the party without cooking all the time.
