Crown Verity CV-MG-42 Details

Cooking outdoors has never been easier or more enjoyable than with this Crown Verity outdoor griddle. This unit is constructed from reliable type 304 stainless steel with (6) 15,000 BTU stainless steel burners. It heats up to your desired temperature within 5 minutes to minimize recovery time and allow you to start cooking as soon as possible. The 40 3/8" x 20 3/16" cooking surface provides 800 sq. in. of space. For added convenieniece, a built-in tank holder on the back of the unit holds a 20 lb. propane tank.

The smooth, even cooking surface is made of 5/16" cold-rolled steel for even heat distribution. Stainless steel splash guards prevent grease splatters and contain food debris. The griddle plate can be removed and replaced with a grill grate (sold separately), allowing you to charbroiler food such as burgers and hot dogs. This dual functionality allows you to greatly expand your menu offerings.

This unit is made portable by (2) 14" wheels and 2 total-lock casters, allowing for easy transportation between locations. The side-mounted handle and horizontal crash bar on the front protect the body and controls from damage. Perfect for country clubs, resorts, and hotels, this griddle is built to withstand consistent use and varying outdoor conditions. It comes fully assembled with 3/4" flare fittings for the inlet connection. A liquid propane connection is required for operation, and a 2-stage regulator and hose come included.
