Crown Verity CV-MCB-42-SI 50/100-WGP Details

Cooking outdoors has never been easier or more enjoyable than with this Crown Verity outdoor grill. This unit is constructed from reliable type 304 stainless steel with (6) 15,000 BTU stainless steel burners. It heats up to your desired temperature within 5 minutes to minimize recovery time and allow you to start cooking as soon as possible. It has a single-gas inlet, and it's adapted for 50-100 lb. propane tanks to provide hours of reliable performance. In addition, the burners are located every 5 3/4" for even, consistent cooking. The 40 5/16" x 20 11/16" cooking surface provides 840 sq. in. of space, offering plenty of room to grill cheeseburgers, hot dogs, and kabobs.

This unit has angled legs for extra durability and a convenient undershelf to keep tools and cooking supplies nearby. It comes with a convenient wind guard to help reduce heat loss and ensure even cooking in breezy conditions, making it great for searing and charring. A pullout water pan with a drain spout catches grease and cools food when it drops, helping to prevent grease fires and ensure easy cleaning at the end of every meal.

This grill is made portable by (2) 14" wheels and 2 total-lock casters, allowing for easy transportation between locations. The side handle / crash bar makes it easy to steer while protecting it against bumps and impacts. Perfect for country clubs, resorts, and hotels, this grill is built to withstand consistent use and varying outdoor conditions. It comes fully assembled with 3/4" flare fittings for the inlet connection. A liquid propane connection is required for operation, and a 2-stage regulator and hose come included.

Any Crown Verity propane gas grill model that has -SI 50/100 in the model number is set up to be used with a 50 lb. or 100 lb. propane tank. Any model with -SI BULK in the model number is set up to be connected to a bulk propane tank. Please reference the "Infographic" under "Resources and Downloads" to see what a 20 lb., 50 lb., 100 lb., and bulk propane tank look like.
