Heavy-Duty Aluminum

Made from 12 gauge, heavy-duty aluminum, you can count on this pan to last in your commercial kitchen. Thanks to its aluminum construction, the pan heats up and cools down quickly. Its concave bottom flattens during heating for even heat distribution and consistent baking.

Open Beaded Rim

An open beaded rim also enables easy cleaning, so you can make sure no food debris is left behind to harbor bacteria after the washing process. The upturned lips and tapered design of each pan allows it to be stacked when not in use. This is convenient because multiple pans can be stacked for space-efficient storage.

Sheet Pans

Choose from our wide variety of sheet pans! They come in many sizes and styles to meet your needs. Our perforated pans promote the flow of air for a crispier crust, while our solid pans result in doughier products like rolls and cookies.

If your business specializes in freshly-baked cookies, dinner rolls, and other baked goods, sheet pans are essential. We offer a wide variety of sheet pans, so you'll want to choose which style, size, and material best suits your needs. First, decide if you'd like a perforated or non-perforated bun pan. The small holes in perforated pans promote the flow of air. Use this type of pan for items with a crispier crust, like tarts and croissants. Non-perforated sheet pans are completely solid, resulting in chewier, doughier products, like rolls and cookies. Depending on how much of and what you're making, we have sheet pans in all of the standard sizes. Choose from a 1/8 size pan up to a full size 18" x 26" pan. Aluminum bun pans are lightweight and great heat conductors. Stainless steel pans are the most durable, but are not the best conductors of heat. To combine the great qualities of both materials, try an aluminized steel sheet pan. Some pans also feature a convenient non-stick coating so you can easily release foods from the pan. Sheet pans with a wire enclosed in the rim increase their durability and keep the pan from warping. Similarly, some pans are reinforced with a metal band for even heavier duty use. Wireless rims offer a fully curved edge, and we also have pans with semi-curled open bead rims that are easier to clean. Browse our large selection of styles to find the best types of sheet pans for your restaurant or bakery.

pans Great cookies sheets aluminum bake baking quality roasting vegetables
I bought these for home use. I was tired of pans that claimed to be "thick" and "non-warping." After some research, it turns out i was typically getting 18-20 gauge pans. I finally decided to go all in on the thickest i could find, this 12 gauge, and it makes all the difference. Preheating a roasting at 450 degrees and there isn't even the slightest warp. The NSF rims make clean up a lot easier, no hidden rust like the steel band type pans. I will fault it because the aluminum is soft and gets gouged easily when you slide it in and out of the steel rack in your oven, but that would happen with any aluminum pan. This can be reduced by pulling your rack out and trying to lay the pan down then pushing the rack back in. I like these and would buy them again and plan on gifting to family.
What a great way to expand my baking business. These are built very well and perfectly fit silpat mats. I bought this gauge and I am very happy with how they bake and maintain good equal heat.
Excellent quality baking pan! I love how durable and high quality this pan is. I was tired of using cheap thin pans, this pan is thick and heavy duty. Love it
Great quality for the price, well made. However it does not slide easily in and out of the oven, it tends to stick on the oven rack.
Great quality and price on these sheet pans. We use them mainly for roasting chicken and vegetables for our soups and pies. We use olive mostly and the clean up is so easy with these high quality pans.
These aluminum baking pans are great they will stand up the heat in the oven so they’re great for baking roasting vegetables or making pizza in them the only thing you need to be aware of is that this can not be put in the dishwasher they must be hand washed since their aluminum otherwise this is a wonderful product
I bought these pans/cookie sheets to bake my nut rolls, and to lean to my church when they bake a 120 Dozen + cookies for Christmas, I also pour my Peanut Brittle into the pans as they don't seem to be affected by sudden temperature changes.
