These baking sheets have a very sturdy rim, so they do not warp much even at high temperatures. The aluminum is fairly thick, so they conduct heat well and cook food evenly. They can be a little tough to clean, so we use parchment paper when we roast vegetables, and it makes clean up really convenient.

These pans are of excellent quality. We have on hand the 18-gauge pans and they work just fine but the 16-gauge sheet pans hold up more and are of better quality. They are a little heavier. You defiantly can tell the difference of the different gauge sizes.

We need a lot of pans at our coffee shop, for baking pastries in the oven and storing things on racks in our commercial freezer. These have held up pretty well, with only minor scratching/flaking. They are a way better price than you'd pay in stores, even if you found a great deal!

Great pan, love it. Simple and robust. Love the open rim and solid feel. Is i primarily for fridge drying small portions like steak, chicken, etc.

Arrived in great condition. super shiny and no dents. I recommend washing these by hand with warm water and soap before use. I will buy these again and I recommend this brand for a straight forward sheet tray.

Great sheet pan. Better than the 18 guage ones I have. These are a little heavier and thicker and durable. My only issue is is that it rattles.

This is definitely a great product like others have said - sturdy and great for day to day use. However, I've noticed that the bottoms of my full size pans have started leaving metal dust on my speed rack. I'm not sure why - it's not like I store super heavy things on them and then pull them in and out repeatedly. And it's only on the full size pans, not the half size. Anywho, just something to watch out for. We wipe down the rack to combat the dust and make sure it doesn't get into any food items. Otherwise, a great item to have in the kitchen :)

Good solid pan, heavy-duty like it says, hasn't warped yet & probably won't, and you can't beat the price. Perfect size for a small household - get a few.

The Baker's Lane Heavy-Duty Half Size 16 Gauge 13" x 18" Wire in Rim Aluminum Bun/Sheet Pan is a solid choice for occasional baking. The stackable design saves space, and it’s easy to clean with parchment paper. However, it dents easily and isn’t suited for the rigors of a busy kitchen or daily use, as it shows wear quickly under heavy handling. Better for home or light commercial use.

This has been exactly what was needed for multiple heads of garlic to roast, or on the rare occasion, just a few sweet peppers to roast. Never any rust, it's held up over the years with moderate usage compared to the larger sheet pans.

This is well spend sheet trays and less expensive still capable to do the job and maintains the shape after multiple baking.

We are very pleased with this product! We needed smaller trays for our bakery case, so that each item had its own tray. Now all of our items are neatly displayed, and employees can easily tell when an item needs to be refilled.
