Baker's Lane Full Size NSF 12 Gauge 18" x 26" Open Bead / Semi-Curled Rim Aluminum Bun / Sheet Pan

I bought these for home use. I was tired of pans that claimed to be "thick" and "non-warping." After some research, it turns out i was typically getting 18-20 gauge pans. I finally decided to go all in on the thickest i could find, this 12 gauge, and it makes all the difference. Preheating a roasting at 450 degrees and there isn't even the slightest warp. The NSF rims make clean up a lot easier, no hidden rust like the steel band type pans. I will fault it because the aluminum is soft and gets gouged easily when you slide it in and out of the steel rack in your oven, but that would happen with any aluminum pan. This can be reduced by pulling your rack out and trying to lay the pan down then pushing the rack back in. I like these and would buy them again and plan on gifting to family.

Great quality for the price, well made. However it does not slide easily in and out of the oven, it tends to stick on the oven rack.

These baking sheets are fantastic! They are very rigid and do not warp at 400F+ oven temperatures. The open-beaded rim can be easily cleaned with a sponge.

I bought these pans/cookie sheets to bake my nut rolls, and to lean to my church when they bake a 120 Dozen + cookies for Christmas, I also pour my Peanut Brittle into the pans as they don't seem to be affected by sudden temperature changes.

Two stars because they do indeed at least look nice. However, they are unfortunately a definite fail for me. I like to roast at high heat, so I thought getting the lower / thicker gauge would be better at minimizing the potential for buckling as well as hold heat well a la cast iron. While the pan has not buckled at 450+ temperatures, it does not seem to conduct heat very well. For example, in making focaccia, I baked it as usual with it being done and browned over the top, yet when removed from the pan, the bottom had zero color / crust. Same with roasting vegetables - the pan takes way too long to conduct heat that the veggies are cooked through before they can get roasty browned. I even tried preheating the pan as the oven preheated before adding my veggies and this did not help. Major Read More

What a great way to expand my baking business. These are built very well and perfectly fit silpat mats. I bought this gauge and I am very happy with how they bake and maintain good equal heat.

These aluminum baking pans are great they will stand up the heat in the oven so they’re great for baking roasting vegetables or making pizza in them the only thing you need to be aware of is that this can not be put in the dishwasher they must be hand washed since their aluminum otherwise this is a wonderful product

This pan is great - exactly as advertised. Heavy duty, high quality, simple sheet pan. A quick word of warning: if you are looking at this pan for home rather than commercial use, BE SURE TO MEASURE YOUR OVEN BEFORE ORDERING. Overall good sheet tray however the semi curled rim will and has cut several on our team. I didn't realize semi curled ment it would be razor sharp. This has to be a flaw, who would sell something like this?????. Prob throw out and end up eating the cost because tried to return other stuff here and its not an easy process.

This sheet pan is such good quality. Its feels heavyweight. This is exactly what I have been looking for. I wish I ordered more before the price increased but even with a price increase it still is really cheap compared to other stores. Webstaurantstore has the best items for very decent prices.

These are fantastic baking sheets. I generally use parchment paper when I back, but these all even baking of cookies and other items and I do a lot of baking weekly for my family. I bake most everything we use and just love these baking sheets. They clean easily, don't rust and don't chip.

I would not recommend a semi-curled rim as it will cut your hand if you are not careful. Granted, the product said it was semi-curled, I was just unprepared for what that meant.

Great quality and price on these sheet pans. We use them mainly for roasting chicken and vegetables for our soups and pies. We use olive mostly and the clean up is so easy with these high quality pans.

Just bought this and they are a nice heavy duty quality. We use them a lot and it appears that they will hold up to the rigors of a bakery.

Great pan. I purchase this pan without thinking of the size. I bought it to use for baking. But, unfortunately that can't happen. It is too large for my oven. So beware upon buying this pan; make sure it can fit your oven if you plan to use the pan for baking.

Heavy duty pan. Works well for baking our burger rolls. Has been used daily and is holding up well. Cleans up nicely and also doubles as storage to hold small dishes near our kitchen service area when used with the rack.

We love the size, the weight, and the sturdiness of these trays! Perfect for cooking Sunday lunches at our church, or baking cookies in a commercial oven. The size is too much for a kitchen stove, but great for commercial ones.

Wow! This thing is huge! It did not fit in my oven but I'm still going to put it to use. Making that party platter with snacks or sub sandwiches. Yeah this is perfect for just that!

I needed a heavy weight bakery pan on which to bake pies, that would not distort in the oven. This is a very nice heavy pan I will purchase again.

These are great sheet pans for roasting, baking and even simply holding items on a speed rack. They are a bargain when you buy them in bulk.
