If your business specializes in freshly-baked cookies, dinner rolls, and other baked goods, sheet pans are essential. We offer a wide variety of sheet pans, so you'll want to choose which style, size, and material best suits your needs. First, decide if you'd like a perforated or non-perforated bun pan. The small holes in perforated pans promote the flow of air. Use this type of pan for items with a crispier crust, like tarts and croissants. Non-perforated sheet pans are completely solid, resulting in chewier, doughier products, like rolls and cookies. Depending on how much of and what you're making, we have sheet pans in all of the standard sizes. Choose from a 1/8 size pan up to a full size 18" x 26" pan. Aluminum bun pans are lightweight and great heat conductors. Stainless steel pans are the most durable, but are not the best conductors of heat.     Very well made handcrafted stainless steal backing sheets. You will never need to waste money purchasing another pan after using such amazing sheets for baking

    High quality steel. These pans clean up easily and still look great after months of abuse. However, be aware that these pans warp dramatically whenever heating and cooling. This makes them rather dangerous for greasy items like bacon or chicken thighs, as they will spill hot grease off of the corners. I have noticed that the warping is much less now than it was when they were new. Other chefs have told me that beadless pans will warp less and less over time as they go through hundreds of heating/cooling cycles. Also worth mentioning: the edges are rather sharp when new. Please warn your dishwasher. Overall though, excellent quality product. Stands up to vicious steel wool scrubbing and keeps its mirror finish.
    On the first use of this tray for baking bread at 450F, the trays (which were of course pre washed with soap and dried) released a toxic smell, and warped. When they cool they seem to get back in shape - but that doesnt help... can't bake with them. There is such a complaint from 2014, ( was hoping this problem got fixed, but maybe not - since it happened with a few trays we bought from same type. Uploaded a photo...

    I needed something heavy duty to store my soap on as it cures. These stainless steel trays sure hold up to heavy loads. I can fit (physical dimensions) 23lbs of soap on each tray, and the tray shows no sign of movement or warping. This was exactly what I needed.
    We can't say enough about these pans. They have made our shipping department so much more sufficient. We put our packaged products on these pans and then place them on racks. Our shippers can easily pull the pans out from the rack and push the pan back. The pan is very sturdy and shiny. Great quality!
    We use these for pretzel production, as the lye interferes with the finish on the regular bun pans. These stainless steel ones are super expensive, so I'd really only recommend them for applications where you really need the stainless steel.
    Great baking sheet. Very big so there is plenty of room to cook a bunch at once. easy to clean but after the have been used a while they take a bit more to keep them looking like new.
    This is a full size sheet tray. It is useful for baking, but I also like to use it lined with parchment paper for storage shelves.
    Very disappointed! -- first use was to bake sheet of kaiser rolls @ 400F -- pan warped within 2 mins of putting in oven. Seemed like high quality stainless steel but obviously not and now can't bake with it ... pretty expensive waste!
