"This is the perfect size mixer for our small business. It hold about 3.5 gallons of milk, and works strong. Easy to clean and use."
Read More ReviewsThree speeds let you mix anything from whipped cream to bread dough, and the speeds are labeled to indicate which attachment is best-suited for that setting. The dough hook is best suited for a low RPM of 150, the flat beater for a medium RPM of 271, and the wire whisk for a high RPM of 485. A gear-driven transmission design provides greater reliability over belt-driven mixers.
A 20 qt. bowl makes the MX20 perfect for mixing batches of your best-selling foods!
The hub accepts most standard #12 attachments like meat grinders and food processors, allowing you to increase the versatility of your mixer.
A wire guard prevents fingers and objects from becoming caught in the mixer while it is in use, maximizing safety.
Starting and stopping the mixer is easy with a simple on/off switch, making it easy to learn how to use it!
A simple wheel-style lift makes it easy to raise and lower the bowl as needed.
For added safety, this mixer will not operate when the bowl guard is opened or when the bowl is lowered.
This mixer comes with a dough hook, flat beater, and wire whip so you can start using it right away. The bowl and whip are even made of type 304 stainless steel for longer-lasting durability.

The mixer is okay for light duty. It is a little loud and runs a little fast on low speed. It is a good purchase if you are on budget, just don't expect it to be like hobart.

This mixer is an excellent product to buy. At our store we use it for making pizza dough, creaming butter and sugar, making frosting and mixing our cake mixes etc. It's a worth while investment and its not as expensive as other brands. I would recommend it to anyone.

This product is good for light use only. We normally use it to make dough for our pie crust and other various desserts. When using the mixer it has been been known to not mix the dough when using the hook. The safety feature is nice for the guard. In order for the mixer to work you have to have the guard fully close in order to start the mixer. Overall we work around the problem with the dough not being mixed up entirely.

Happy with it so far! This is my first piece of really industrial equipment for my soap business (specifically, for making body whip in quantities greater than five pots at a time), and holy smokes! It's a workhorse, I knew it would be, but what surprised me was how *quiet* the motor is, compared to my little KitchenAid. I love that there are only three speeds: whisk, hook, and paddle - no question for what to use and when to use it. I adore all the manual bits and bobs, the hooks to secure the bowl, the wheel to raise and lower the bowl, the lever to adjust settings, and the green for go, red for stop buttons. It gives me an increased sense of being in control of the machine when I have to interface with it. I like the emergency cutoff that seems to be present: if the front Read More

I would have given this a 5 star but the bowl had a dent when it was delivered. I did not notice this until I actually used it and cleaned the bowl. Although, it did not take away from what the end results. I did a merengue and it was exceptionally done, it came out like cream. The noise level was very low! I love this machine, it is the perfect size, although it is heavy but it was worth the investment.

Not sure how this guy will hold up. I do not make bread or dough with it so it should be fine as it is used in light applications.

Not the best mixer! You get what you paid for..... Good for light mixing but of you start doing heavy duty work on it, well it's gonna break on you, my 1st one broke after only 4 month. got it replaced under warranty , and a great costumer service from webstaurant... I ended up buying another one because of the price and the work I will do with it. If you make dough like bread, pizza, brioche move on to a better brand, (five time the price but will last you for ever.). Thanks

Hi. Just received this mixer. Was checking it out. I am still up in the air about it, but will repost my review once I have had more time and use out of this mixer. The first thing I noticed is a "click" sound after switching between on and off. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this experience.

Great fit for a small to medium volume bakery. Bought it back in 2019. Still alive and kickin.
Not worth the money. No only is the shredder attachment peeling off paint but the front housing hole was not aligned properly and we could use it for several weeks. I tried to trouble shoot with customer service but it felt like more trouble than what it was worth. Several photos and then they wanted video. Like what will the video prove? What happened to taking the customer word?? I get that it's a heavy piece of equipment, but at very least, they could've made it write. The front housing around also had scratch marks and seem that putty or paint was used to cover up, so I'm inclined to think that this mixer was used before or was damaged.Overall, I recommend spending the money for a better quality equipment.
We appreciate your review, Jason. We wish this product would have worked out for you. Our Customer Solutions team will remain in contact with you about this.

This mixer is not suitable for mixing cookies, unless you're okay with mixing only 10lbs of cookie dough at a time (yes, that's how much they told me was safe to use with cookie dough). When I first received my mixer, there was a LOUD clanging sound that was coming from the paddle hitting the side of one of my bowls (this only happened with one of the two bowls I have). I thought the bowl was defective, so Webstaurant sent me a replacement bowl. When it arrived, it did the same thing as the last. VERY loud clanging noise from the paddle hitting the sides of the bowl. It was hitting it so hard in fact, the locking mechanism on the sides of the bowl slowly became unlocked the longer it mixed from the bowl shifting around. I went back and forth with Webstaurant who suggested I added too Read More
We appreciate your review, Savanna. We wish this mixer would have worked out for you. While this mixer can be used for cookie dough, we recommend using a softened butter cookie dough for best results, as cold butter is considerably harder on the machine. Our Customer Solutions team will remain in contact with you about this.

You get what you pay for. I wanted to avoid a high price Hobart, and as a startup bakery that doesn't do a ton of heavy duty mixing, we opted for this mixer based on all the good reviews. First, when I received it I noticed how much flimsier both the bowl and paddles are compared to a Hobart. Ok, I figured that's not ideal, but I could live with it. But now, after 10 mos of very light use (< 1 shift/wk in a commissary kitchen), the gear head is leaking oil down into the bowl...just, ewww. I would stay away from this mixer.
