Ideal for use in restaurant and supermarket applications, this pasta extruder machine's 3/4 hp motor gives you maximum pasta production, and it comes with fan coolers for optimal operation. Just load all of your ingredients into the 8.8 lb. capacity hopper and watch as it pushes the finished product out through the selected die (sold separately). Additionally, a set of motorized cutters let you automatically cut the pasta to the desired length! This model requires a 110V electrical connection.
