It features a mixer with 50 lb. flour capacity and is designed to mix, sheet, and cut pasta or ravioli all in one. This pasta machine will help you prepare ample amounts of pasta in a short amount of time. It produces 150-180 lb. of fresh ravioli or cuts 65-80 lb. of pasta per hour and is ideal for restaurants that offer Italian cuisine as well as catering services.

This multi-function pasta machine has stainless steel construction and features a heavy-duty mixer with a removable mixing shaft for easy cleaning. Ravioli dough thickness and filling amounts are regulated while the machine is in use and the dough is automatically sheeted onto the rolling pin. This pasta machine works with a variety of filling consistencies including meat, cheese, vegetables, and seafood! This item features an automatic pasta cutter with interchangeable cutter molds as well as interchangeable 3 qt. filling cups. The pasta machine also features outboard bearings for extended machine life and 4 casters for easy positioning.

This pasta machine features over 50 possible ravioli shapes (molds sold separately) to make 55 lb. batches of pasta. It includes an 8' power cord and is designed for use with select Arcobaleno accessories (sold separately). It's the perfect way to maximize limited space in your kitchen and prepare delicious food for your guests! This unit requires a 3 phase, 220V electrical connection for operation.
