It features a mixer with 22 lb. flour capacity and is designed to mix and extrude pasta all in one. It will help you prepare ample amounts of pasta in a short amount of time. This pasta machine produces up to 90 lb. of pasta per hour depending on the shape and is ideal for restaurants that offer Italian cuisine as well as catering services.

This pasta extruder and mixer sports stainless steel construction, including a removable auger and mixing arm for easy cleaning. The dough is extruded through a solid brass die to create over 300 possible pasta shapes with 30 lb. batches of pasta. The extruder also includes an automatic cutting knife for short pastas. This item runs on electricity, features a powerful 220V system, and includes an 8' power cord. This mixer / extruder is designed for use with select Arcobaleno accessories (sold separately).
