It has a powerful 2 1/2 hp, fan-cooled motor with an oil bath gear box reducer for smooth, efficient operation. The forced air-cooling system allows it to withstand heavy-duty applications. This user-friendly model features IP67 controls for easy operation and control over kneading and extruding. Plus, you can create a wide variety of pasta shapes using the compatible pasta dies (sold separately).

This pasta machine includes a large 22 qt. bowl, a high-performance kneading paddle, and a convenient funnel to add liquid ingredients during processing. Both the kneading paddle and funnel are easily removable for cleaning. This unit features a durable, easy-to-clean AISI 304 stainless steel body and a stainless steel worm, head, and ring. It has a self-supporting structure for sturdy use, and it comes with 4 stainless steel wheels for easy mobility. The design also includes an interlocking stainless steel lid to prevent the machine from running when open. This unit requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.
