This gnocchi machine is designed to easily adjust the gnocchi style from smooth to ridged using a knob control and will help you prepare ample amounts of gnocchi or chicche in a short amount of time. This gnocchi machine produces up to 125-200 lb. of gnocchi or chicche per hour and is ideal for restaurants that offer Italian cuisine as well as catering services. In order to speed up production, this machine is designed so that mixture can be added while the machine is operating!

This chicche / gnocchi machine sports stainless steel construction, runs on electricity, and features a powerful 220V system. This gnocchi maker features a built-in flour duster to prevent sticking and an adjustable cutting blade speed to determine the length and size of your pasta. This gnocchi machine boasts a floor design with casters for mobility and is designed for use with select Arcobaleno accessories (sold separately).
