This gnocchi machine comes with a standard 5/8" forming cup, is designed to easily adjust the gnocchi style using a knob control, and will help you prepare ample amounts of gnocchi in a short amount of time. This gnocchi machine produces up to 35-50 lb. of gnocchi per hour and well as bakeries and catering services.

This gnocchi machine sports stainless steel construction, runs on electricity, and features a powerful 220V system. Parts in contact with the dough are removable for easy cleaning. This gnocchi maker features a built-in flour duster to prevent sticking and a pressure dispensing system that presses the gnocchi out of the machine. This gnocchi machine boasts a compact, standalone design and is designed for use with select Arcobaleno accessories (sold separately).
