I'm sure I'll be able to rate this machine higher if and when I can get it to work. Mine was DOA right out of the box. On examination, the switch was broken, as in crumbling and falling apart. So I'm hoping that it just needs a new switch. Any way, I'm taking it to a small appliance repair shop on Monday and hopefully it will be a quick and easy fix. Other than that, it seems to be well constructed . It's very solidly built and is quite heavy. The instruction manual tries to cover several languages, but is mostly written for Italian readers.
