This pan allows for an evenly baked pizza. The non stick really helps as well. We coat them in oil to allow a nice crisp to our product on top of it though. That helps with the non stick too. It’s easy to clean and store and has not rusted or bent at all!

The American Metalcraft 16"x1" Aluminum pizza pan is very well made and durable. It is NOT a non stick pan and needs to be seasoned. The dark color allows for pizzas to be cooked evenly and thoroughly. Our kitchen uses these daily for many specialty pizzas and we've never had any issues with the quality.
