People Talk About:cake pan pizza separator boards cakes Aluminum American Metalcraft impressed
Instead of using these for pizzas I use the pan separator as a stable and sturdy platform for moving my cakes to and from the refrigerator while I'm decorating them. I also use them as cake separators in between tiers. Love them! So many uses and they're extremely strong! Already bought more!
The American Metalcraft 18914 14" pan separator is a perfectly round, blunt edges disc of aluminum useful for a variety of purposes. It's 18 gauge aluminum which is the same thickness as most half-sheet pans to give you a sense. This is thick enough not to bend or flex much. It's not 'floppy' and can take some weight on it. I personally use this pan separator as a guide to roll out pie crusts for deep dish pies. The smaller ones, such as the 8-10", I use as cake boards instead of the traditional cardboard cake board. American Metalcraft is a quality manufacturer. This is made in the USA and its a great price on Webstaurant store so I recommend picking this and its other sized cousins up because they're nice to have around for whatever random purpose comes across whether it be making pizza, rolling out pie dough, cake boards for cake or really big coasters.
I was very impressed with this American Metalcraft fourteen inch Round Standard Weight Aluminum Pizza Pan Separator and the Webstaurant reputation continues to impress me. I also use this to showcase our house cakes and other pastries. Very stylish. I would order again.
Perfect to cover pizza pan when placed stored in cooler and also been used for hot food holder work great for my counter top pizza holder.
