This is such an inferior product for this price! The top plastic strip broke off within the first week of using the oven. From the looks of it, the metal housing inside the microwave was dented, but I don't see how that could be from shipping since the exterior shell is in perfect condition. Regardless, since it was mostly cosmetic, through disappointed, I wasn't as concerned as long as the oven worked well. But, last night, when I was cleaning the oven with the door open, I noticed that the number pad moved. I realized it appears to be held on by a few plastic clips like the top strip that already broke off. How could this move so easily? I have no confidence that it will last either! So far so good. When our 89 year old mom forgot how to use the other micro wave with all the buttons and a digital clock to confuse her more we did some research and found this. Though it did take her a week to adjust she is finally using it daily for all the meals we prepare and take to her house. It is so easy to use and is a very powerful yet a good size to fit on her counter and can put full plate sizes in. What's also nice it only goes to 6 minutes.
