You’ll find many uses for kitchen tongs beyond just serving salads. For a commercial kitchen that prepares all types of foods, tongs can be used for flipping steaks, tossing pastas, and decorating plates. A great benefit of using cooking tongs is that you can grab onto foods and still keep your fingers away from a hot flame.
