The Vollrath Jacob's Pride 4791620 16" long black coated handle VersaGrip tongs are easy-to-clean thanks to its one-piece construction. They're constructed from durable 20-gauge stainless steel, with plastic coated handles that are heat-resistant up to 225 degrees Fahrenheit. The stainless steel end of the tongs is heat-resistant up to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

The bold, black plastic coating also makes it easy to identify your kitchen utensils to reduce the risk of cross-contamination during the cooking process. Assigning particular colors for a specific application will help implement an HACCP system in your kitchen to prevent foodborne illnesses by creating a safe and organized work environment. Plus, Agion antimicrobial technology is built into the handles to reduce microbial growth.

    These are very nice tongs which I use for grilling. They aren’t as heavy duty feeling as I would have hoped, but they work great for flipping meats on the grill

    the length of these are perfect for grilling! they are long enough to keep your hands away from the heat, but not too long that you dont have control. the feel night in the hand and have good weight

    The VersaGrip heads definitely give you better grip on food than the traditional scalloped heads. We use these for handling charcoal, and they work great for that. The only thing to be careful about is that the heads won't align properly if you aren't careful.
