A commercial electric griddle is ideal for your food truck, concession stand, diner, or restaurant. These griddles have heating elements embedded in their plates, which means they heat up and recover more slowly than their gas counterparts. However, this style is perfect for use in establishments where gas is not an option or in restaurants where electricity is a cheaper utility.
Use a commercial electric griddle to make a variety of foods, including pancakes, scrambled eggs, burgers, and cheesesteaks. We carry standard-duty models with thinner plates that are ideal for handling more delicate breakfast items as well as heavy-duty units with thicker plates that are better suited for cooking frozen items and meats.
