These are great. Bigger than I thought (which is good) and tough to handle our workload and prep Work. Easy to clean, durable and nice to have color coding for food separation.

These cutting boards are great! They have an ample amount of space. The color coded system helps newer employees a lot, it ensures they don't cross contaminate. They are also extremely sturdy and durable.
Excellent set of cutting boards and color coded to ensure compliance with food safety practices. One thing I did notice is that the sizes and designs are not necessarily consistent, and there is some small variation (~1/4" in length and width dimensions) but I have not found a better quality product for the price.
