A gas countertop range can turn your counter space into a cooking station, even where you can’t install a full range. Many of these gas stove tops are field convertible, meaning that they can be converted in your establishment to either natural gas or propane depending on your needs. You can also choose the amount of total BTUs necessary for the type of cooking that you do.

Our gas countertop ranges are available in a number of widths, so you can be sure that yours will fit into your limited countertop real estate. Most units feature continuous pilot lights that allow for instant ignition as well as full-length bottom-mounted grease trays that make for easy cleaning. When you pick up a commercial gas range, you can be sure that its sturdy metal legs, heavy-duty knobs, and removable cast iron grates will be able to withstand heavy use in your establishment.

Gas stove tops are great for smaller establishments like coffee shops and snack bars that may not need a full-sized commercial gas range. You can choose a range that is field convertible to match the gas line in your establishment, and you can also decide how many BTUs you need to accommodate your guests' orders.
