Overall I'm pretty pleased with these oven mitts. They're a bit loose which makes them quick and easy to put on and take off. I did notice that if I hold a hot pan for very long (while stirring or flipping whatever I'm roasting) I do start to feel the heat through the mitts, so it you're going to be holding something hot for an extended period you might want to look into a silicone oven mitt instead.

I bought two of these over mitts, one got dirty so I washed it in hot water. It shrank up by about 1 inch, so it doesn't cover up the same amount of my arm. It still works great, just does not cover my arm as much. The heat resistance is still amazing after washing it, makes handling hot pans SOOOO easy.
