    Preventing cross contamination is crucial to running a safe kitchen, and these color coded boards help tremendously in that. Red is for raw meats. This board is durable but it does slide a little bit. Just place a wet towel underneath to prevent this.

    As you can see in my photo, these stack nice and easy, and are the largest we own. They are a great functional size, allowing you to tackle a large roast, or multiple smaller pieces at once! We have used these almost daily for 2 years, and they have held up really well. No color fading, and slice marks are barely showing. These get washed in the dishwasher after every use and have done really well. No warping, no issues. GREAT!

    These cutting boards are strong and I love the colors that they come in. It's very easy to know which color is for which item. There is a negative... They tend to slide around on the tables.

    We use the red cutting boards for cutting raw meats. I like the color coded boards because they help us prevent cross contamination. They do tend to slide a bit when you use them, but placing them on top of a piece of shelf liner, a wet towel or other gripping item will prevent that.

    In order to protect from cross contamination, we bought this red cutting board to handle shrimp dishes. it's great because it's easy to know that is the board to be used and no one get sick. Yeah.
