This is an O.K grease trap, but definitely do your research before selecting one. Our Health Department didn't help very much and it was difficult to know what size was necessary for our needs. We wind up having to clean this trap at least one time every 2 weeks or we start to get a bad odor in our back of house and cleaning it is not fun. We are definitely looking into other options as we move forward.
