Used in a restaurant environment. Mad of heavy gauge seal and trap seals perfectly. Meets all requirements for code for health department. Great shipping packaging and easy to install.
We have had no issues at all with this grease trap. Because we are a bakery and don't fry anything, we didn't need anything too large. This does an excellent job, and because - by code - we have to clean it weekly, it's important to us how easy it is to get the lid off and then reattach it securely. This whole trap works exactly as it should and we are very happy with it!
