Do not buy this fryer! We have had nothing but issues with it. Vulcan will not stand behind their product and admit the problems are "typical" for this type of "economy" fryer. Their words, so avoid this product. We have had it for only 15 months and have to spend hundreds of dollars on it now. Poor quality!!

Bought it about 7 months ago and the pilot light will NOT stay on. We usually have to sit in front of the unit for 20-30 min every morning until the pilot stays on. We even hold it until it turns very red as you can see in our video. We would not recommend this fryer AT ALL. I thought Vulcan made better products. Very disappointed
