Overall, this is a great pan. The nonstick coating has lasted a very long time. And it’s very slippery. The handle is very soft and feels cool. It seems very well built. I would give it five stars if it wasn’t for one issue that only affects the small 8 inch pan. The 8 inch frying pan tips over. It seems to have the same handle as the larger diameter frying pans. It is a great handle, but it is so heavy that when you put the frying pan on a flat surface the handle tips it over so that it will not sit flat. I remedy this by pulling off the blue silicone handle and cutting about an inch And a half off of the end of the handle. and then had to drill a new hole and slide the handle back on which was a lot of work. For that reason, I believe they need to fix the handle.
