Vollrath S4007 Wear-Ever 7" Aluminum Non-Stick Fry Pan with PowerCoat2 Coating and Blue Cool Handle

Overall, this is a great pan. The nonstick coating has lasted a very long time. And it’s very slippery. The handle is very soft and feels cool. It seems very well built. I would give it five stars if it wasn’t for one issue that only affects the small 8 inch pan. The 8 inch frying pan tips over. It seems to have the same handle as the larger diameter frying pans. It is a great handle, but it is so heavy that when you put the frying pan on a flat surface the handle tips it over so that it will not sit flat. I remedy this by pulling off the blue silicone handle and cutting about an inch And a half off of the end of the handle. and then had to drill a new hole and slide the handle back on which was a lot of work. For that reason, I believe they need to fix the handle.

These pans are great for flipping eggs. They have a nice non stick coating and very nice handle. They ship fast. Will continue to order

We use these great pans in our bagel shop/cafe'. They stand up to the heavy use our breakfast cafe' puts them through. We put out 300-400 plates a day using these pans.

WORKS WELL, A GREAT BUY. MY CHEFS ARE IN LOVE WITH THIS PAN AND WANT SOME TO TAKE HOME FOR THEIR PERSONAL USE. I REALLY LOVE THE HANDLES ON THEM AS THEY ARE HEAT RESISTANT AS WELL.

Extremely soft nonstick coating. These pans came scratched but because I was out for the summer and did not inspect immediately I was unable to return. Only purchase if you are looking for a light duty pan.

This pan is holding up much better in our kitchen than other Vollrath non-stick pans that we paid for more for. We are very satisfied with this pan.

This Vollrath pan works great for making eggs in the morning as it is non stick and the heat gets distributed evenly. Also like the fact that it is American made.

The vollrath skillets with non stick coatings are the best saute pans I have ever used. They are so sturdy and really last a long time.
