Bought 4 of these and used their own brand of spatulas had customer service reach out to company and the do not want to stand behind their warranty. Bad review on my end. The coating fell off after 1 week of use

Excellent quality at a reasonable price. First task was cooking down butter, onions, and flour for a roux for potatoe soup. The pan heated up very evenly and fast. Cooked the onions to perfection. Best non-stick pan I’ve ever owned. Fast shipping and excellent customer service a plus!

This pan is sturdy, distributes heat well and has a great handle. Unfortunately, the non-stick coating wore away fairly quickly. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, my other non-stick pans have lasted longer.

After trying nearly a dozen pans, the EZ4012 is hands down the best nonstick pan my wife and I have owned for home use. They typically hold up about a year before they start to stick a bit with a wide variety of use throughout multiple meals per day every day. We have absolutely no reservations about buying our third pan since 2014.

My first order had an issue with the handle weld breaking off during shipment but Webstaurantstore took care of me. The second shipment was perfect. I've used it a handful of times now and the nonstick coating is the best I've ever used. Nothing sticks to it which makes both cooking and cleaning a breeze. It has a hefty weight and won't slide around on the range either.

Just ordered this pan to replace cheaper brand - seems very rugged and durable. Handle is nice and pan functions perfectly so far. There was an issue with the first pan I received and Websterantstore customer service took care of it immediately as usual. Outstanding

There is no doubt that the Wear-Ever name is tried and true throughout both the restaurant business and so too, a God send in the home kitchen. I've been using Wear-Ever for over 60 years and so too, my mother before me. My family owned two restaurants and Wear-Ever had a constant presence in both professional kitchens. Even in friends restaurants, Wear-Ever was always there and the larger part of their kitchen ware. Whether, frying, braising or saucing, heavy aluminum conducts heat better than any stainless steel product I've ever used. The Vollrath ceramiguard 2 pans are the gold standard of nonstick pans. They are very thick and heavy with non hot spots and retain heat well

Love this pan! Wish I bought one of these sooner. Rivetless pans are definitely the way to go. They make cleaning up so much easier.

Nice Vollrath non stick pan. We use it on our flat top during the breakfast rush...Keeps nice order or home fries warm without sticking to pan. Cleans great and does not scratch.

I needed a new 12" non-stick sauté pan bc my old one was getting junky-looking. I always check webstaurant first to check all the commercial grade products they have. Vollrath is a name I trust, so I purchased this a few months ago. It still looks brand new and I use it at least 2-3xs a week. Great purchase!

We've had these pans for a while now and they are holding up very well. They are big enough to sautee large batches of vegetables.

this Vollrath is a great pan. Everything cooks evenly and non stick. I love the handle on it. It doesnt get hot and very sturdy.

Terrific pan. Between my sisters and myself, we bought four of them. It's the pan we always reach for. There's so much talk about not cooking in aluminum that we're replacing this with a Vollrath stainless steel pan. Loved this one for many years, though!

Good pan. the quality is above the other Choice branded pans but the pan didnt last any longer than the choice pan for 3x as much. I will no purchase again becasue of the price of the item

I've had a couple of these for several years. I buffed down the cooking surface on one of them with a Brillo pad until very smooth. It turned it into a nonstick surface. It's the best "Nonstick" fry pan I have ever had

The pan is fine, but it scratched the heck out of my glass top range. Not what I expect from an expensive pan. I ended up giving it to good will and going back to my old pan.
