This Vollrath Stainless Steel Pan - 8" Deep are great for my sous vide cooking. I purchased these because I was afraid that my clear rubbermaid container that I was using may leak or break at a higher temperature. These pan can take any sous vide temperature you cook at. The are perfect for cooking corned beef brisket at 180 degree Fahrenheit. Now I don't have to worry about water leaking all over the counter. This is perfect for my sous vide cooking and easy to clean.
