I love Vollrath steam tables. They are a high quality stainless steel. These perforated ones though, are my jam. When serving bulky items, the holes allow for better heat transfer as well as easier draining of any liquid / condensation (think vegetables). There are obvious uses for the solid ones, but these perforated ones have their uses and where they work, they work superbly.
this size perforated pan is hard to find so when i saw i had to buy it very glad i did i use it to hold my cooked bacon and it keeps it fresh and cool temperature

Vollrath pans are the absolute best! This pan is very deep and is structurally superior to other pans of the same size. These pans get whipped around quite a bit and the Vollraths seem to always endure without deformed edges and bent corners.

Vollrath always has a superior product and we are always very pleased with what we get. They may be a bit more expensive than other brands but well worth it. They don't dent or bend like the other products.
Love Vollrath pans. The are very strong. The corner withstands direct impact to the floor. The are easy to keep clean and the finish does not get stained or blemished.
