Made of 22 gauge, 300 series stainless steel, this pan has better balance and is stronger than those made of other materials. This helps it resist dents and dings in the toughest kitchen environments! Additionally, this pan has a temperature tolerance of - 20 degrees Fahrenheit to 450 degrees Fahrenheit and diagonally tapered pour corners that are up to 300% stronger than previous models. The pan also features a patented, angled ramp and built-in, anti-jam stacking lugs to enable hassle-proof separation and lifting.
Featuring the finest available layer of SteelCoat x3 coating, the pan has a dramatic black interior that enhances both cold and hot food presentations. Its interior is non-stick, so it's easy to cook, serve and display in the same pan. Flattened edges keep steam from escaping around the pan while in a steam table, allowing for cost and energy efficiency. With a non-reactive, heat-retaining stainless steel surface, this pan is the perfect addition to any kitchen!
