Vollrath 30042 Super Pan V® Full Size 4" Deep Anti-Jam Stainless Steel Steam Table / Hotel Pan - 22 Gauge

We purchased one along with a Vollrath 20028 Super Pan V Full Size Stainless Steel Wire Pan Grate, and they're great together. However, our pan arrived dented and scratched, that's why there's a 4 star instead of a 5. This was our first time ordering from this company, and they package like a cheap vendor rather than other established business vendor.

I purchased the 4 inch deep pan after considering roasting pans for home use. All of the roasters I was looking for were very expensive, and I wanted something with a flat bottom that could be deglazed easily and could be poured from easily. Now, this fits in my home oven with not a ton of space on each side, so you must slide the rack out to retrieve the hot pan, and there are no handles, unlike other types of home roasting pans. That said, even in oven gloves, the edges are grippable even when heavily filled. What I find myself doing with it most often is roasting bones for stock, and meatloaves. We purchase these food pans for our Sertodo Rectangular Copper Chafers made to fit all standard size hotel pans. As our chafers are very high quality products, we appreciate the quality and durability of the Vollrath hotel pan. The fit is excellent and these items compliment the quality, durability and life long service standards to which we fabricate our chafers.

This pan is thick and heavy. Supposed to heavy duty so it's nice for hot foods.

Very nice and very shiny. I use them as the base for a display for customers, so they fact that they look like a million bucks is great. They are heavy duty and will last forever.

I use this hotel pan for roasting two pork shoulders for tacos. It cleans up surprisingly easy and performs really well. I'm so happy with it, I bought two.

Heavy duty and shiny. They dont have sharp edges and stay bright and shiny. Its worth a little more money to buy quality, the cheap ones just dont last, are prone to dulling and rusting and in my opinion are just not worth it.

I love these! They're so sturdy and easy to clean, and have held up to heavy use showing almost no signs of wear. I'll definitely be buying these again.

These pans are perfect! Catering or working out of our booth at the market, it holds the food and lots of it while maintaining the temperature in our hotbox. Sturdy, heavy duty, have dropped one at least twice and not even a dent. Seriously, get more if you can.

These work great. Anyone that uses hotel pans know how handy they are. And having pans that don't jam is even better. I would/will purchase these again.

There are really nice - high quality pans and are well made. they are rigid, yet light weight and they are professional quality. i am planning on boiling maple sap in them to make maple syrup.

Good pan. very usable and very easy to clean it. Everything I baked so far came out perfect. I didn't think I would came across a pan like this. Very happy that I tried out webstraurant.

These get used multiple times every day in our business and we have not had one break down on us as of yet. We use them for cooking and baking and they hold up well to lots of use.

It does the job holding main entrees in our catering buffets. Enough depth for stews to be put in these hotel pans too. Easy to wash as they are dishwasher safe.

these 4" deep full is awesome! it's made out of stainless steel and stacks with other full pan from Vollrath for storage saving purposes. its deep enough sometimes for travel id arrange deli's inside this hotel pan and into a camber

Purchased for use in a commercial hot bar setting. These pans hold up for years and years and years of use with little signs of wear if properly cared for.

These are great deep pans and hold a ton of food for catering. Very helpful for larger jobs and will definitely be buying more of these.

This Vollrath 30042 Super Pan V® Full Size Anti-Jam Stainless Steel Steam Table / Hotel Pan - 4" Deep is great for storing food and also for roasting large cuts of meat.

Good solid stackable full pans are a must. This is one item I will not cut corners on. Pay a little more for the higher end. The corners don’t dent and bend on these as easily as they do on the cheap ones. Some items I will by the generic brand, but not on hotel pans.
