Very sturdy and stiff pan despite its size. Stacked together, the pans nest perfectly with no extra space, but they are easy to separate. It's easy to pour liquids out of the corners too.
A superb hotel pan to be able to access sandwich's, and other items that maybe harder to take out of a traditional hotel pan. I love them because they show off your food.
We bought this hotel pan to transport our French fries from the fryer basket to the food warmer. It is a great tray / pan but the edges are a little sharp but still satisfied with the pan. My order was shipped promptly and in very good condition.
