The Carlisle DuraPan Full Size Flat Hinged Steam Table/ Hotel Pan Cover is a a wonderful cover for our counter top steam tables. It keeps the heat sealed in to help hold our products at correct temps. Opens and closes easily for access and. It holds up great even with a lot of use. Ieasy to clean with hot soapy water and the price is great so I just couldn't pass it up!

Workable but not the best. Works because of the ease of flipping up one side of a two half pans in a steam table. The con is, when closed, neither side fits tightly and leads to moisture escaping. If you need something like this because of space, it works. Otherwise, go for two half pan covers for the fit.
