    These lids are pretty thin. They will perform okay for us, we are just a little more careful when handling and cleaning them. The slot makes it easy to keep serving utensils in between serving food. But for the price, you can't beat it.

    Fits full size pans perfectly. We use the "Choice Full Size Standard Weight Anti-Jam Stainless Steel Steam Table / Hotel Pan - 4" Deep" with these lids.

    These tops have a very good weight to them. They are not too heavy but feel like a good weight and they arrived undamaged. The box was a little torn but the product was unaffected.

    The main reason I purchased these was because I wanted to slot for the spoon. This makes it great because I can still keep the food hot but keep a spoon in there for easier serving to my customers.

    I ordered one of these full-size slotted steamtable hotel pan covers to go with my full-size standard weight anti-jam stainless steel table hotel 4" deep pan that ordered at the same time. It fits perfectly and is highly durable and is held up well after several uses. I would highly recommend!

    This lid is great to use on the steam table and heating cabinet. Its better than using plastic wrap and cheaper than foil. The slot also helps with keeping the spoon near by.

    Full size pan cover that has a handle in the middle to pick it up with ease. It has a slot for leaving serving utensils in there for efficient service.

    Very sturdy for a very busy kitchen. Used quite often and seem to hold up well so far. I use them on my buffet lines as well as on catering jobs when using a hot well. Well built product. I've purchased these in the past and will purchase them again when the time arises.

    This to does exactly what it was designed to do and that hold in heat as well as protect the food from outside substances. The utensil slot is a great added bonus.
