    When I work in seafood we cut up a lot of salmon and we skin a lot of salmon as well. This knife is perfect for just that. Skinning a piece of salmon has never been so easy you can take the skin right off without losing any meat on the fish. It’s razor sharp by far the best knife I’ve ever used to skin king salmon.
    This salmon knife is not only super sharp, but thin and flexible, making it perfect for slicing smoked fish or cured fish.
    This is a great product. Keeps its edge well and very flexible. Our cooks love it for slicing fish. I would definitely purchase it again.
    Once you cut salmon with this knife you will never go back to any other knife. This knife is such a joy to use. You will find your self wondering why you didn't order it sooner. it will hold an edge for a very long time and is very easy to repair that edge if needed.
