Fill out your cooking line up or replace a worn out fryer with this Pitco® 40D liquid propane 40 - 45 lb. 4 tube stainless steel floor fryer! This unit boasts an impressive 107,000 BTUs and features thermostatic controls that automatically keep oil at the set temperature between 200 - 400 degrees Fahrenheit. An integrated gas control valve acts as a manual and pilot valve and prevents gas from flowing to the main burner until the pilot is established. It shuts off the gas automatically in case the pilot flame goes out. Plus, as an added safety feature, the temperature limit switch automatically turns off the gas if the fryer exceeds the upper temperature limit.
This fryer comes with a stainless steel front, and galvanized steel sides and back. The tank is made of stainless steel for greater durability and corrosion resistance, and two nickel plated oblong fry baskets are included. This fryer features a built-in integrated flue deflector, and a drain extension and clean out rod. The drain ensures that you can quickly and easily drain away used oil for disposal. Additionally, this fryer features adjustable 6" legs so that you can keep it level and stable.
The front drain of this fryer is a 1 1/4" NPT drain connection for quick draining. This fryer also features a 3/4" NPT gas supply connection.

This Propane fryer is very useful in small area but the quality its not 100% since we bought allot of them but came with damaged. and we needed to buy parts to fixed again.
