It features a convenient front monitoring window so you can keep an eye on your food without letting any heat escape. Plus, this oven comes with a flame-blocking valve to achieve every type of cooking for a wide variety of foods. When the valve is open, the heat peaks at the top of the fireplace for rapid, high-heat cooking, ideal for pizzas and grilled foods. When the valve is closed, the flame is blocked in the upper chamber of the oven for standard cooking, ideal for bread, meat, fish, vegetables, stews, and even pastries.
