This versatile unit works to exhaust air and provide ventilation in your establishment. Plus, the motor has up to 82% efficiency to reach your ideal speed every time. For energy-efficient use, the EC motor provides 70% energy savings compared to traditional PSC motors. The variable speed motor can easily be adjusted by using select remote 0-10V potentiometers (sold separately). The onboard variable speed controls allow for simple setup and balancing with an LED display. When used with the potentiometer, it can be controlled up to 50' away, providing convenient access even when you are not near the unit.

This rugged unit mounts directly to the wall, or it can be installed on your rooftop. For rooftop applications, a 20 3/4" opening is required. This exhaust fan includes a durable spun aluminum construction that does not chip, rust, or peel for long-lasting use in industrial settings, commercial kitchen ventilation, or other foodservice environments. Great for use in establishments producing grease-laden vapors or any application that requires reliable and efficient airflow, the 16 1/2" aluminum wheel is inclined backwards to exhaust air efficiently, and it's non-overloading to provide consistent and safe use. It boasts a 1 hp direct-drive motor that delivers 1,703 CFM to 2,974 CFM with a maximum RPM of 1,200. For fast, tool-free access to the motor and other internal components, quick-release latches are included on the hinged lid, allowing for fast inspection and maintenance. Plus, it comes with an integrated grease drain that works to direct grease away from the fan base.

This unit requires a 120/240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation. It must be hardwired; the cord and plug are not included. To ensure electrical components remain outside of the airstream, it has a built-in ventilation tube that helps cool the motor using outside air while also offering a sealed path for running wire. This unit is intended for use in accordance with NFPA 96 guidelines.
