Scratch and Dent Cooking Performance Group S60-G48-N Natural Gas 2 Burner 60" Range with 48" Griddle and 2 Standard Ovens - 200,000 BTU

We received this range exactly one year ago, and last week, both ovens went out. Took me some time to find the paperwork. As I called today, I was informed that the warranty had just expired and that they recommend I call a local service tech at my expense. I have spent a lot of money on webrestaurantstore.com to date on needs for my restaurant, and planned on putting a large order in for refrigeration this week. However, if this is how they handle warranties and issues with products, I’ll keep my money local where the rules are a little more clear. After reading all the reviews here, I can’t see why anyone would by this range.

Less then 45 days both handles come off MIDDLE OF SERVICE. WORST NIGHTMARE of CHEFS.... still cant believe. LUCKY people didn't even got burnt or something. Both of the HANDLES COME off. FOR decoration piece might be good, for real cooking we wouldn't recommend to you. Stay away.... YOU ARE WELCOME

worst purchase the "broiler" is at best a cheese melter if you have 30 minutes to wait, 3 days into service and both ovens are inoperable, the knobs are frustrating push to light and then straight to high flame then a low flame at full on cooks are constantly leaving them on low because they think they have turned them from full flame to off, I would never buy again.

The pilot that light for the oven is on one side and it is for both ovens - the pilot for the ovens will not catch or turn on. The ranges are nice, the flat griddle has some hot spots and other warming areas. I am so disappointed the ovens won't light. It has messed up our process flow for food.

DO NOT BUY IT!!! OVEN DID NOT WORK SINCE THE FIRST MONTH. TRIED TO RETURN IT AND WE COULD NOT. WE HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE OVEN ALL YEAR LONG AND AFTER A YEAR THEY DO NOT FIX IT.

This is great as long as you don't need to use the broiler / cheese melter as it doesn't work. You have to turn your T-stat all the way up to get something to melt which in turn burns your flat top up. Terrible design! Would not buy with this option as its a waste of money

DO NOT BUY!!! Bought in May 2018 already have 6 work invoices and have to call again. Have replaced 2 gas valves and 2 thermostats so far. Guess what? The left oven is out again. Worst purchase ever!!!!!

Our product is still under warranty, so far 2 of our oven igniters have burned out. One was repaired, waiting for a service rep. to repair the 2sd.. Other then that issue our oven works just fine. We had a wild game dinner last month and everything worked perfect with no issues..

We purchased this item 9 months ago. The original CPG unit was a total lemon. The grease try was not collecting the grease as there was an issure with the weld. Grease from the griddle was leaking into the oven and under the drip pan of the oven, onto the floor. We even had a fire in the oven. The right oven wouldn't stay lit. Webstaurant promptly put me in contact with the manufacturer. A technician came out twice to assess the unit with no success. I called webstraunt and made them aware of my troubles and they quickly sent out a BRAND NEW unit. I am very impressed with the speedy and compassionate customer service I received from Webstraunt. So far no issues with the replacement unit.

Good product but know that there is plastic behind the knobs. I assumed the knobs were all metal all the way. I had and incident where the plastic melted behind the knobs and they all had to be replaced. Who does that? This company. I also have had to replace the thermocoupler on the three ovens in what seems like a short time for a commercial oven that is only used for a short time each day. Just some things to note.

Great stove. Ery reliable. I have yet to have any issues with it. Cheaper than buying used.

Do not purchase this oven thermocouple on left oven had to be replaced twice in first year now the thermocouple on right oven is bad and out of warranty. There are several other reviews with the same issue. This is an obvious defect in the oven and should be fixed by manufacturer.

The shelf was damaged upon arrival, but we were able to rectify that situation with Webstaurant Store's assistance. We are thrilled with the workflow and variety of cooking options this range gives us. It keeps product moving quickly in and out of the kitchen.

I purchased this gas range griddle for my restaurant and I am very pleased with its performance. It's easy to clean and just what I was looking for.

I have never received an item from Webstraunt that I haven't loved.

We've cooked over 25,000 burgers and breakfast sandwiches on our Cooking Performance Group range and its still going strong!

We purchased this combo cooking unit about a year and a half ago. So far it has worked perfectly. The only complaints I would have is that the griddle top should be replaceable as ours is all pitted and scratched up. Also the crumb/grease catch tray is small so when cleaning the griddle it has to be emptied frequently or it will over flow. For the price it is a great starter unit for a restaurant. We will look at replacing and up grading this unit in the next year or so but for now it works perfectly. No issues with knobs, pilot lights or anything else. I got the casters which were a little difficult to install due to the weight of this unit but once on there it has really helped to make cleaning much easier under and behind the unit. 4 Burners and 2 ovens all work perfect. If you take care of and clean it all regularly you should have no problems.

Purchased April 8 2024. I am online looking for help in regard to my pilot lights not lighting and I am reading all the disgruntled SAME issue. I am sorry I did not read them all first. Just starting the down the solutions/repair road.

Why doesn't the range have wheels on the stove

It serves the purpose but the grease trap needs revamped it doesn’t collect all the debris from the grill

She is an absolute beauty! I love this stainless steel gas range and griddle.

The stove/oven was used less than once a month in our kitchen. Both of the thermocouples went out within the first 10 months of installation.

Very nice and good stove for the price never had any problems with it been using it for a year now if anything does go wrong its under warranty and they send a repair man out

Between ordering and receiving the range, it was no more than a week! We got it pushed all the way up to the door! This range will give an amazing touch to our open kitchen concept!

Have had it in use for a few weeks now and it seems to be doing the job. I bought it for catering so it's not an everyday stove. Hoping to get years of use.

This is a great item for the price. We have had the item for about two years now and the only issue has been a replacement of the thermocouple, which was a very inexpensive and east fix.

wow what a great product, i love using this for some many of my different dishes on my menu for its easy use and reliable capability.
