Be sure to follow directions before running it for the first time. This thing is great. Cranked the temp all the way up to 800 and cooked a pizza in about 3 minutes. The oven is so quiet I almost forgot it was on. Gives off little heat considering how hot it gets. I've researched electric pizza ovens for two years and I'm glad we settled on this one,

I bought this oven for my convenience store pizzas, and it does a decent job. You do have to turn the 16 inch pizzas in order for them to cook evenly. It does a better job with the 12 inch pizzas. It does put off a great deal of heat if it is set hotter than 500 degrees. It heats up slowly, but I figured it's probably designed that way to keep the ceramic deck from heating too quickly and cracking. Overall, this oven is a good buy for the money.

I bought This pizza Owen 1 week ago , and when I start making pizza in this Owen it's absolutely Not possible to cook dough .. It took a wile to warm this Owen , then when I put pizza in .. It burns from the button and leave top not cooked ...

I am very unsatisfied with this oven , we use raw pizza dough and place on screen the bottom gets done but the top will not brown it is cooking very uneven and when turned to top temp it will only reach 650 description states it will go to 800 I consider it to be defected, We have been customers for 6 years and have purchased all are equipment with you And have been satisfied and recommend you to other owners please advise On my options to remedy this problem

I placed my order for this Waring Pizza Oven, for my restaurant, on May 18, 2020. I received it common carrier with liftgate, on June 2, 2020. Yesterday I noticed that both top and bottom pizza stones are cracked. Also, the bottom oven does not heat correctly and the light inside has already gone out. This is ridiculous for the price I paid for this new pizza oven!

The oven arrived at our location and appears to work well. To date we are pleased with the Waring Oven. However, the trucking company did not call before arriving as we had specified on the order. We only had two young women working in our kitchen at the time and we had to scramble to get someone who could physically handle this item and get it into the building. WARNING - BUY AT OWN RISK of it not working properly after a few months if not sooner than wasting over 30 days trying to get Webstaurantstore and the warranty company to take immediate action to help you out. Bought the unit January of 2022 for a new cafe then in October, I started noticing the top thermometer was not working. I bought a separate thermometer to keep inside as initially it was not a big deal. Then the actual unit was not working efficiently on both top and bottom. I tried to submit a claim on the 1st of December 2022, warranty company said it was not their issue to contact Webstaurant store. I did on 12/7 and today is 1/12/23 and still no technician. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing this unit. I did buy a single level one and seems to be working just fine.

Unfortunately, this oven did not work for us. The temperature dropped dramatically every time we opened the door, so it was impossible to cook two pizza in a row because the second one would cook in 10 min at 600 degrease, not to mention the following ones. We had to return this soon.

I’m happy with my purchase. I am a pizza chef and making the Roman pinsa with this oven it’s possible. It’s perfect for what I needed for.

I would not recommend this pizza oven to anyone. We just purchased it this summer, immediately the timers quit working, it heats unevenly - you have to turn the product in the oven to cook the other half. One chamber does cook slower than the other, and the lights burnt out almost immediately.
