Scratch and Dent Avantco HBB-95-HC 95" Black Horizontal Bottle Cooler

Bought this exact cooler in March, it is now may, cooler doesn't work and never has, I have called webstaurant, I have called avantco many times, they say they are trying to find a refrigeration tech, so I gave them phone numbers to refrigeration techs, still no calls, no techs, just a month and a half old cooler that has never worked. Webstaurant and avantco are the kings of run around, do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else, atleast a place with a customer service. Webstaurant and avantco are a complete joke. I gave a 1 star rating cause it won't accept 0 stars.

Purchased to replace equivalent True unit. Lets face it, its cheaper to replace then get repaired. We have been using it for a bit now and only have two complaints. The on and off switch is on the front toe kick section and is easily kicked and turned off without knowing. Second the sliding doors stick constantly which leaves us to remove doors and clean after every shift. The slightest hint of dirt seizes them. Other then that it keeps the beer cold. I would probably not purchase this model again but am willing to try a different style of cooler from Avantco. Can't beat the price!

Great cooler but have noticed the seals on the doors are cheap and already coming apart before we have eve started using it. We will see how long this last

One of the best purchases we've made! This cooler keeps our beer at optimal temperature and runs very quietly. Plenty of space for all of our domestic longnecks and easy to clean.

Cooler works great just as promised. It is quiet and nice looking. The lid slide well and do not stick. Ours is stocked with beer and it is ice cold. The digital temperature control is super nice and easy to adjust.

I like the Avantco products. Our business was in need of a beer cooler, and here we are. Delivery was fairly quick considering it was ground shipping from west coast to east coast. The driver and office both contacted me concerning delivery. This was awesome. I was updated by the driver about his drop off time and he was accommodating with my request for delivery location. We purchased the 80" bottle cooler for our small business. The cooler was delivered in good shape. It cooled directly down to proper temperature and has continued to keep our bottles nice and cold. This cooler with the added wheels makes this product so convenient for our athletic club. We are able to move it to any window we are serving from. The only downfall is the temperature settings. We are still trying to figure out just where to set them.

We had it for about 4 years, the doors have now aand no one could repair them. All 3 doors. The first door broke about 2 years ago and we had to bolt it shut, now the last 2 door have broken on the last 6 months. Also the shut off switch is right by your feet so it gets turned off accidentally quite often.

The two beer coolers were shipped quickly and arrived undamaged. We have not yet started iusing them, but do not anticpate any issues/

if you're looking for a bottle chiller this is not the best one. I give it a 6/10 does not keep the bottles cold enough.

Small and useful , fits almost perfect at any bar. Will keep your bottles cold or whatever items you would like to store. Easy to clean as well.

Ordered the same day as another Advantco product. Both lasted just over 3yrs before a failure. Needed part is not available, for the merchandiser might be able to repair this one. Cheap internal parts. Will never consider this brand again.

This Avantco black horizontal bottle cooler is surprisingly affordable and dependable.The black color is very attractive and it is very easy to clean. I got my money's worth.

I purchased this cooler instead of the similar size Beverage Aire model because reviews on other sites of the bevaire cooler indicated it was very noisy and I didn't need that in my intimate pub. The Avantco unit arrived pretty quickly and was well packaged. It was relatively light and I was able to get it running pretty quickly. It is very quiet and the bottle opener / cap catcher and locking slides are a nice bonus. Unfortunately, this cooler has a 7 degree temperature differential... meaning that if you set the temp to 33 degrees, the temp will rise to about 40 degrees before the compressor kicks in to start cooling the contents. Great pricing as always from Avantco and Webstaurant. This is a top quality bottle cooler for chilling pint glasses, liquors or anything else you want ice cold!

I ordered two of these. One only lasted 3 years, and the other didn't make it to 5. Two different repair people said they were poor quality, hard to access internals for repairs, and repairs would cost more than a new one. The on/off switch is poorly located and easily "hit" when mopping, accidentally turning off the cooler. Cheap, and I got what I paid for them.

nice unit, compact, serves purpose well and keeps cold. the sliding top needs regular oiling to keep it sliding smoothly, I use wd40 but have to be careful with it getting on the wine bottles, so we began using a food grade silicone oil which works well!

These bottle coolers definitely are good for the price, however I'm between a 3 star and 4 star review the inserts do not hold 4 rows of bottles long ways, ill add a picture later

This is the best investment I have ever made. Handles a large volume of bottles, keep them chilled quickly and perfectly for my patrons. Only problem is I wished I had bought two of them!

This is a very spacious cooler and can fit many bottles. The inside is very deep and the dividers can be removed or keep for separation of the drinks inside. The lock and keys add extra security against stealing.
