Create a reliable ice system in your establishment with this Scotsman Prodigy® series ice machine. This machine produces 363 lb. of 7/8" x 7/8" x 3/8" small-sized ice per day and stores up to 110 lb. of ice at a time. It uses significantly less energy and water than other ice cube machines to exceed Federal energy efficiency regulations. Plus, it operates using R-290 refrigerant and consumes only 4.75 kWh of energy per 100 lb. of ice produced. This unit features a compact, space-saving design with a sliding door to fit in tight spaces.
This ice machine is easy to upkeep with an AutoAlert panel, which displays the machine status through an indicator light that is easily visible from across the room. This light will signal your staff when it is time to descale and sanitize, taking the guesswork out of maintenance. It also has a WaterSense adaptive purge control to adjust the water usage, helping to reduce scale buildup and extend the time between cleanings.
This unit has a sleek build with Agion antimicrobial protection on its key components to inhibit the growth of harmful pathogens. It has a removable door, top panel, and storage bin to provide access to its internal components and its diagnostic code display, which alerts you of any problems and helps ensure the correct fix. It has a removable front air filter for easy cleaning, and it stands on adjustable 6" legs for leveling on uneven surfaces. This machine comes with an ice scoop to easily retrieve ice. It requires a 115V electrical connection for operation, and it includes a 6' power cord.
