Purchased this cooker / warmer over 3 years ago. Worked great for at least the first two. Very powerful heater will bring your product from cold to desired temperature and hold it. Probably needs to be redesigned. Had to purchase and change high heat wires and connectors due heat melting the connectors and causing the wires to fray. Now the thermostat is failing and I've decided to try a different one. Warmer only this time.

We bought these to keep our soups warm in the winters. My inly issue is that they go dry very quickly, so you really have to keep an eye on the water level. Otherwise, they heat quickly and maintain a good temp.
This Nemco brand countertop warmer is great for holding soup hot during service! It is good for slow cooking items too! Easy to adjust the temperature!!
