Boasting 550W of heating power, the Nemco 6100A 7 qt. countertop warmer is a great way to quickly warm caramel, gravy, soup, or sauces! With a no-drip rim to keep your serving area clean and presentable, it's perfect for self-serve stations, buffets, or even back of the house use. This soup and sauce warmer has a heavy-duty stainless steel well designed for maximum durability in high-use situations. It has a coiled tubular heating element on the bottom of the unit and a reliable, adjustable thermostat with low, medium, and high settings up to 212 degrees Fahrenheit. A 6' cord requiring a 120V electrical connection is included.

    I'm using this equipment in an unconventional manner and I'm glad to say its working better than expected. I have a made to order ice cream shop and I needed a dipper well to clean utensils between orders. However, the plumbing situation in our restaurant doesn't allow us to install standard dipper wells and the heated dipper wells are simply too expensive. After discussing with the health department, we came to the conclusion that this device coupled with a stem thermometer would maintain proper sanitizing temperature for our utensils. I keep the dial around medium and change the water frequently to keep it sanitary. These Nemcos have held up exceptionally well to the task and saved us a lot of money. They are well made, clean up easily, and simply work.

    Good for everyday use as we use it 9-10 hours a day to keep our marinara hot. Keeps temp very well as we only have it set on 2-3 and it keeps 165 degrees. Make sure you add a bit of water to cavity before adding bain.
